Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Voya platform and website. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a legally binding agreement between Voya Global Pte. Ltd., a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore (Voya, we, us or our), and every individual or legal entity who accesses, browses, registers for or otherwise uses the Voya website, the Voya platform or any related applications, software, APIs, communication tools and services (together, the Platform).

Voya operates a curated platform designed to facilitate introductions and collaborations between travel-related businesses (Brands) and travel content creators (Creators). Voya facilitates introductions and provides the tools for Brands and Creators to work together; unless expressly stated otherwise, Voya is not a party to the collaborations they agree between themselves.

Access to the Platform is currently by invitation. Where you are approved to participate as a Creator or a Brand, you will be presented with additional terms at onboarding, including the applicable Creator Agreement or Brand Agreement, any subscription terms, and the terms governing individual Campaigns and Bookings. Those documents supplement these Terms and, where they apply, are incorporated into them. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms.

By accessing or using the Platform, or by clicking to accept these Terms where that option is presented, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Where mandatory consumer protection or other laws applicable to you provide rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

The Platform is intended for persons aged eighteen (18) years or older. By using the Platform you represent that you are at least 18, that you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms, and that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law, sanctions regime or prior decision of Voya.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" in these Terms includes that organisation.

Voya operates a curated membership model and may accept, decline or withdraw participation at its reasonable discretion in accordance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when applying for or registering an Account and keep it up to date. You may hold only one Account unless Voya agrees otherwise, and you must not create an Account for or impersonate another person or organisation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us promptly at support@voya.global if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Voya may verify the identity, business standing, social-media ownership or audience authenticity of Users. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee by Voya of any User, and Voya may withdraw verification where the basis for it no longer holds.

Where supported, Creators may connect one or more third-party social media accounts to their Voya profile for identity verification, profile enhancement, audience analytics and campaign management. Current integrations include Instagram and TikTok; additional platforms may be introduced over time.

By connecting a social media account you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorised administrator of that account; that you are authorised to grant Voya access through the relevant platform's authorisation flow; that the information retrieved is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and that you will not connect accounts belonging to third parties without authorisation.

When you connect an account, you authorise Voya to retrieve, process, store and display the categories of information described in our Privacy Policy, for the purposes of operating the Platform, verifying eligibility and facilitating Campaigns. Voya requests only the permissions presented to you in the relevant platform's authorisation flow and needed for those purposes. Voya does not receive or store your password for any connected account.

You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by disconnecting the relevant account through your Voya profile or by revoking Voya's access through the third-party platform's own settings. On disconnection, Voya will cease retrieving information from that account and will remove the retrieved information from your Voya profile, subject to information Voya is required or permitted to retain for legal, security, audit or dispute-resolution purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. You may also request deletion of connected-account data by contacting privacy@voya.global.

Connected-account functionality depends on the relevant third-party providers and their terms, developer policies and APIs. Voya does not guarantee the continued availability of any integration and may modify, suspend or discontinue an integration without liability where required by changes to third-party APIs, developer policies, legal requirements or technical limitations.

Creators warrant that audience metrics displayed through the Platform reflect genuine engagement and have not been materially manipulated by artificial or deceptive means, including purchased followers, automated or coordinated engagement, or bot-generated interactions.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly and in good faith, and in compliance with all laws applicable to you, including advertising disclosure, influencer marketing, consumer protection, intellectual property and privacy laws.

You must not: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; upload, post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, harassing or otherwise objectionable; misrepresent your identity, affiliations, audience or credentials; interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other Users' Accounts or any related systems; introduce malware or conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks; scrape, harvest or copy Platform data or User information except as the Platform functionality expressly permits; use personal data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than the collaboration for which it was shared; or attempt to circumvent Platform rules, security measures or the terms presented to you at onboarding.

Voya may investigate suspected breaches and take any action it considers appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, and suspending or terminating Accounts.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload or submit to the Platform (User Content). Providing content through the Platform does not transfer ownership to Voya or to any other User.

To enable Voya to operate the Platform, you grant Voya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence, sublicensable solely where reasonably necessary for Platform operations, to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, format, index and make available your User Content for the purposes of operating the Platform, facilitating Campaigns, displaying profiles, maintaining backups, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and improving Platform functionality. This licence ends when the relevant User Content is permanently removed from the Platform, subject to Voya's rights to retain copies where required by law or for backup, audit, compliance or dispute-resolution purposes.

Any rights a Brand may have to use a Creator's content in connection with a Campaign are governed by the terms agreed between them and recorded in the relevant Booking, not by these Terms. No such rights are implied.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you provide, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that all music, images, footage, trademarks and third-party material in it have been properly licensed. Voya may remove or restrict content that it reasonably believes infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.

The Platform, including its software, design, databases, branding, trademarks and all content provided by Voya, is owned by or licensed to Voya and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications and services, including social media platforms and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Voya is not responsible for third-party services, changes to their APIs or policies, their actions or omissions, or any security incident affecting them.

Voya collects, uses and discloses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which also explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. Where you provide personal data about another person, you must ensure that you are lawfully entitled to do so.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Voya makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any Campaign, Booking or collaboration will occur, succeed or achieve any particular outcome.

Voya does not guarantee the identity, reliability, performance or conduct of any User, or the accuracy of information Users provide. Information on the Platform is for general purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, travel, marketing or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voya and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Voya is not liable for the acts or omissions of Users, for the performance or non-performance of any collaboration between a Brand and a Creator, or for the acts, omissions or services of any third party. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request closure of your Account by contacting support@voya.global, subject to any obligations that have already accrued.

Voya may suspend or restrict your access, or terminate your Account, where it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms or any terms presented to you at onboarding, where required by law, where necessary to protect the Platform or other Users, or where you cease to meet the eligibility requirements. Where practicable, Voya will give you notice and an opportunity to respond.

On termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and any accrued rights or obligations, continue to apply.

Voya may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. Voya may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, the Platform or our business. Where a change is material, we will notify you by appropriate electronic means before it takes effect where required by law. The current version and its effective date are published on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented to you at onboarding or in connection with a Campaign or Booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Voya regarding the Platform. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Voya's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without Voya's prior written consent; Voya may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to its business. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between Voya and any User. Except as expressly provided, no third party may enforce any provision of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws applicable to you, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. Nothing in these Terms prevents Voya from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other legitimate interests.
